The British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (BTCV) Green Flag awards 2012 are open for entries.
The Green Flag Community Award is for parks and green spaces which are managed by community groups. You can apply on-line until January 31st, 2012, but you need to submit a site management plan with your application. Winners will receive recognition for their work, a raised profile and free support from BTCV. You can find further information here.
