A quality awards scheme has been launched for village halls and community buildings. The KeyStone scheme includes a guide to best practice, which covers topics such as managing people, managing money, legislation and regulation. It provides a series of check lists and other resources and recognises progression through the awards scheme. It's free to take part and you can find further details here.
