The Scottish Government has published a paper calling for control of the Crown Estate - Scotland's seabed, foreshore and other public assets - to be devolved to the Scottish Parliament.
The paper includes the suggested creation of a Fund for Future Generations, which would allow some of the expected revenue from off-shore energy production to be invested for the future. The paper is one of six which highlight the Scottish Government's proposed changes to the Scotland Bill - other papers cover excise duty, corporation tax and broadcasting.
