Scottish Environment LINK, Scotland's forum for voluntary environmental organisations, has published two policy papers.
The first paper focuses on the environment and governance in Scotland. It makes a series of recommendations on legislative, executive, judiciary and civic questions. Closed tied to that, the second paper is their manifesto for the Scottish council elections which will take place in 2012. It's called Acting Locally, and asks our local politicians to think about how they can improve the environmental performance of local authorities. Each section of the report includes additional text on how the aspirations could be fitted into single outcome agreements.
You can download both reports from the Scottish Environment LINK website.
