Charity checklist for surviving the recession

User Rating:  / 0

The Charity Commission and the Confederation of British Industries (CBI) have joined forces to produce a checklist of fifteen questions which they believe charities should consider, to help them survive the current recession.

Although the Charity Commission only regulates charities in England and Wales, the questions are pertinent to any organisation that needs to keep its head above the financial waters.  They cover strategy, governance, financial health and use of resources and are headlined as 'Big Board Talk - the conversation all charities need to have'.  You can find the questions and some pointers to further information (but be aware that some links will be England and Wales specific) here
