Scottish Community Land Network will not be kept up-to-date after March 2012. However, a new site is being produced by Highlands and Islands Enterprise, and details will be published on this site as soon as they are available.

Senscot and Highlands and Islands Enterprise have re-vamped this guide, originally published in 2006.

The document includes updated definitions of social enterprise, an overview of government policy and support for the sector, and a glossary of terms. There is also information on funding opportunities; legal structures, including the new Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO); and an example list of current Scottish social enterprises.
